What is counselling?

Counselling can help to identify feelings and emotions, as well as repeated patterns of behaviour. Often unknowingly these past repeated patterns can continue to impact your life, and it is during sessions that you can become aware, gaining insight and self-awareness to help enable you to alter the way you think about yourself and your experiences, as well as the relationships you have with others.

Counselling can help you to explore your world allowing you to take ownership of your own experiences, feelings and emotions.
